Refund policy

This right applies only to consumers (§ 13 BGB). If you are a business customer (§ 14 BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

1) Instructions on Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took physical possession of the goods.
If goods in your order are delivered in multiple consignments or parts, the period begins on the day you (or the third party) received the last good/consignment.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2) Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the standard cost of outbound delivery (if charged), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Return of goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Costs of return

Unless we explicitly offer free returns, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please choose an insured/trackable shipping method and keep the receipt.

Diminished value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (e.g., signs of wear, stains, removed tags). Try-ons at home are fine; items should be returned unworn/unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Outbound shipping for partial returns

For partial withdrawals/returns (you keep part of the order), the standard outbound shipping cost is not refunded.

3) Exclusions from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

• Customised or personalised goods made to your specifications;

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection/hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery;

• Any further statutory exceptions under § 312g (2) BGB / Art. 16 Consumer Rights Directive.

Your statutory warranty rights (defects) remain unaffected.
