Delivery & Shipping (Germany)

Shipping area
We currently ship only within Germany. You can also purchase our items on site at the Bits & Pretzels conference. For local pickup in Munich, see section 6.

Processing and dispatch times
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday and usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• If exceptional delays occur (e.g., peak demand or carrier constraints), we will announce this clearly in the shop (e.g., on product or cart pages).
• Unless a specific delivery date has been agreed, EU consumer rules require delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after contract conclusion. If we cannot meet this deadline, we will inform you; you may set an additional deadline or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping costs and methods (Germany)
• Standard shipping: €5.99 (incl. VAT where applicable).
• Free standard shipping for orders of €100.00 or more.
• Available options and final costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We use reputable parcel carriers; the carrier may vary by order.

Delivery times after dispatch (indicative)
Germany: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; carrier performance, weather, strikes, or other external factors may cause delays.

Tracking and partial shipments
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
• We may ship items in partial deliveries at no extra standard-shipping cost to you. You pay only the amount shown at checkout.

Local pickup (Munich)
• Free local pickup at our Munich office. Choose “Local pickup” at checkout (if available).
• We will notify you when your order is ready for collection and provide pickup details.
• Please bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting.

On-site purchase (Bits & Pretzels conference)
You can buy our items directly at the Bits & Pretzels conference. No shipping charges apply to on-site purchases. Availability may be limited to event stock on hand.

Address accuracy and undeliverable parcels
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.
• If a parcel is returned due to address errors, repeated non-delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you. Re-shipment costs may apply.
• We will help arrange re-delivery or a refund (less outbound shipping if the free-shipping threshold did not apply).

Passing of risk and transport damage
• The risk of loss or damage remains with us until you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If you arrange your own carrier, the risk passes when we hand the goods to that carrier.
• Please inspect parcels upon receipt. If transport damage is visible, inform the carrier and us as soon as reasonably possible. This helps us pursue claims with the carrier and does not affect your statutory rights.

Ownership and statutory rights
Ownership transfers upon full payment. Your statutory consumer rights (including the legal guarantee and your separate right of withdrawal/returns) remain unaffected. For details on returns, please see our Returns Policy.
