2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Product presentations in the shop are non-binding invitations to order.
2.2 You can place items in the cart and complete checkout. Before submitting the order you can review and correct your entries.
2.3 By clicking “Buy now” you submit a binding offer. We accept your offer either by (a) an order confirmation email, or (b) dispatch/shipping confirmation, whichever occurs first.
2.4 The contract language is English (and, where offered, German). We store the contract text but it may no longer be accessible online after purchase. Please save or print the confirmation.
3. Prices, VAT and Shipping Costs
3.1 All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Current standard rates: €5.99 within Germany; free standard shipping from €100.00 order value.
3.3 We currently ship only within Germany. Details are set out on our Delivery & Shipping page.
4. Payment
4.1 Accepted methods. We currently accept credit card, PayPal, and Klarna (where available). The options shown at checkout may vary.
4.2 Credit card. Major cards are processed via our payment service provider. For your security, we may use 3-D Secure/strong customer authentication. Your card is authorised at order placement; the charge is captured upon acceptance of your order (usually on dispatch).
4.3 PayPal. If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment under PayPal’s terms. The charge is usually immediate. Refunds for returns are issued to your PayPal account.
4.4 Klarna. Klarna payment options (e.g., Pay Now, Pay Later/Invoice, Installments) are offered subject to Klarna’s approval and your eligibility (age 18+, billing address in the offered region, successful identity/credit assessment). The specific due date and conditions are shown at checkout and governed by Klarna’s terms. If you use a deferred payment option, Klarna will inform you about invoices, due dates, reminder fees, etc. Klarna is provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ).
4.5 Security & checks. We and/or the payment provider may perform anti-fraud, identity and creditworthiness checks and may decline a transaction or cancel an order in case of suspicion of misuse/fraud (any payments already made will be refunded).
4.6 No surcharges. We do not apply additional payment surcharges beyond what is displayed at checkout.
4.7 Currency & refunds. All charges are in EUR. Refunds for returns are made to the original payment method used. For Klarna, partial/complete refunds adjust your invoice/plan per Klarna’s rules.
4.8 We may update available payment methods at any time; the options presented at checkout are decisive.
5. Delivery, Partial Deliveries and Pickup
5.1 Unless stated otherwise, we process orders Monday to Friday and usually dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
5.2 Indicative delivery time within Germany after dispatch: 1–3 business days. Times are estimates only.
5.3 We may make partial deliveries at no extra standard-shipping cost to you.
5.4 Local pickup (Munich): Free pickup at our Munich office if offered at checkout; you will be notified when your order is ready.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until payment is made in full.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (Widerrufsrecht)
7.1 If you are a consumer (Verbraucher), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU/German law.
7.2 The period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right, send us a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw.
7.3 After notifying withdrawal within 14 days, you must send back the goods within a further 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
7.4 We refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound shipping (if charged). Extra charges for premium/express shipping are not refunded.
7.5 Return shipping costs: Unless we explicitly offer free returns, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
7.6 Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised/personalised items and to sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed.
7.7 Further details are provided in our Returns Policy.
8. Inspection, Handling and Condition of Returned Goods
You may try on items as you would in a shop. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g., wear, stains, removed tags).
9. Statutory Warranty (Gewährleistung)
9.1 Your statutory rights for defective goods under German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB) apply.
9.2 For consumers, the statutory limitation periods apply. For businesses, the warranty period for new goods is 12 months from delivery; this does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, fraudulent concealment, or injury to life, body or health, or under the German Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG).
9.3 Minor deviations in colour/texture that are customary in the trade or technically unavoidable do not constitute defects.
10. Liability
10.1 We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health; and under the Product Liability Act.
10.2 For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty (cardinal duty) and limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
10.3 The above limitations also apply to our legal representatives and vicarious agents. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
11. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes
11.1 Gift cards and promo codes (where offered) can be redeemed under the terms shown with the card/code.
11.2 Unless stated otherwise, codes are single-use, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may exclude certain products or periods.
12. Customer Accounts
12.1 You may order as a guest or create an account. Keep your login details confidential and inform us immediately of any unauthorised use.
12.2 We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.
13. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy available in the shop.
14. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ODR/Consumer Arbitration)
14.1 The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14.2 We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
15.2 If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
15.3 For merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, exclusive jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. The same applies where no general place of jurisdiction exists in Germany.
16. Final Provisions
16.1 Should any provision be or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
16.2 We may update these Terms & Conditions for future orders. The version valid at the time of your order applies.
