Pre-Order Information – Europe Hoodie (Grey)

Please note that the grey Europe Hoodie is available as a pre-order item.
You can try it on and confirm your size at the Bits & Pretzels Conference. Delivery will take place after the event, with shipping expected in the second or third week of October.
Shipping is available within Europe only.

At the conference, you’ll also be able to:

  • Exchange the hoodie for the green crewneck and receive a refund of the price difference, if you prefer.

  • Adjust your size selection after trying the items on in person.
Pick Up

Currently, we offer on-site pickup only at Bits & Pretzels. After purchase, items can be collected at the merch stand between September 29–30 with a valid conference ticket.
Use of AI

We used generative AI and retouching on some product images to enhance lighting, backgrounds, and composition. Design, colors, and details match the real products; slight variations (e.g., fabric texture or tone) may occur due to production. Our return policy

You have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) for online purchases in Germany/EU. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the items back within the next 14 days. We refund your payment (incl. the standard outbound shipping), and we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. Unless we explicitly offer free returns, you cover the direct cost of sending items back. Certain items are excluded (e.g., personalised goods, unsealed hygiene products).

Manufacturing

Our Hoodie, Crewneck Sweater,“Pitch Deck” oversized T-shirt, and Tennis Socks are manufactured in Turkey. We list the country of origin on each product page, and we’ll update it if future drops come from different locations.

Pre-order now and collect in Munich during Bits & Pretzels (Mon, 29 Sep – Tue, 30 SEP 2025). Access to the merch stand requires a valid conference ticket.
